How do orders work?
BrixBuilders operates on a monthly group order system. You browse sets on the website, and orders are placed through group orders where multiple sets are processed together.
You can place your order anytime, and it will be processed in the current month’s group order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 10–14 days from order confirmation.
Timelines may vary slightly depending on logistics and availability.
Will I get tracking updates?
Yes. We provide a live order tracker where you can check your order status anytime. Updates begin around 10 days after payment.
Are there any hidden charges or customs?
No. All pricing is transparent.
- Orders below ₹6000 receive 30% off
- Orders ₹6000 and above receive 20% off
For regular group order sets, customs are shared across all sets and typically come to a maximum of ₹800–₹900 per set.
Local shipping is free for all sets, except items marked as “Group Order Discount Not Applicable”, where local shipping charges may apply based on size.
What does “Group Order Discount Not Applicable” mean?
These sets are priced differently from regular group order items.
- No additional discount is applied
- No customs are charged — the listed price is what you pay
- Only local shipping (if applicable) will be added
These are typically special or pre-priced items where everything is already factored in.
Are these original LEGO sets?
No. We offer LEGO-compatible and alt brick sets from trusted manufacturers that provide great build quality and value.
What about quality and fit?
Our sets are sourced from reliable brands known for solid quality. Minor variations (like slight color differences) may exist, but overall build experience remains strong.
What if something is missing or damaged?
If you face any issues, reach out to us via WhatsApp. We handle such cases individually and work towards a fair resolution.
Do I order directly on the website?
Yes, you can place orders directly on the website or through our group order WhatsApp groups. We recommend ordering via the group for a smoother experience.
